After beginning her career in the Community Dental Service, Vivian provided services in both NHS and private dentistry sectors for several years, acquiring a broad range of experience across different dental practices. This period helped maintain her clinical skills and strengthened her ability to care for patients, particularly those who experience dental anxiety.
Vivian then focused on dental hygiene for several years, keeping up-to-date with preventive care techniques before returning to clinical dentistry. Alongside her clinical pursuits, she actively researches the benefits of incorporating the latest digital technologies and AI into general dental practice, aiming to revolutionize dental treatments and enhance patient care experiences.
Vivian is also a published poet, having authored several books that showcase her literary talents. She is passionate about patient education, particularly in improving oral health through preventative care.
Outside the dental office, Vivian is a devoted mother to young adults and continues to explore her passion for poetry and develops AI applications, such as standalone chatbots and GPTs.
